S. Benet, Paul's Walf yw'r eglwys
Gymraeg yn ninas Llundain.
Cynhelid gwasanaethau Cymraeg
ynddi ers 1879 pan rhoddodd y
Frehnines Victoria yr hawl i'r
gymuned Gymraeg addodi yno yn
ei hiaith ei hunain.

St Benet, Paul’s Wharf, is the
Welsh church in the City of
London. Services have been held
here in Welsh since 1879 when
Queen Victoria granted the Welsh
community the right to worship
here in their own language.

Bu eglwys ar y safle hon ers 1111.
Cwblhawyd yr adeilad presennol,
a gynlluniwyd gan Syr Christopher
Wren, yn 1685 ac fe oroesodd
efeithiau yr Ail Rhyfel Byd. Hon
yw'r unig eglwys Wren yn y ddinas
i beidio â chael ei difrodi neu ei
haddasu.

A church has stood on this site
since 1111. The present building,
designed by Sir Christopher Wren
and completed in 1685, survived
the Second World War intact. It is
the only undamaged and
unaltered Wren church in the City.
